He handled the details with us on both visits the same day Mallory was very helpful and patient with my partner and I on our new Chevy Volt purchase. He handled the details with us on both visits the same day. Both he and Steve were very diligent in presenting clear and easy to understand numbers that helped make our decision easier. We went away after the first visit to think through the deal and looked at the Hyundai Sonata Hybrid at the Hyundai dealer two doors down for comparison. The sales experience there was so bad there that we immediately headed right back to buy the Volt with Mallory and Steve. Mallory came back from being off for the day to see us and finish the deal, which was very much appreciated! Excellent commitment! Our only regret is that we should have stayed and completed the deal right away! More
