It happened again they lie to you and not give you honest requirements up front let Me first say Mandy the sales rep service rep was amazing even the technician was amazing but I came in for my 90,000 mile s requirements up front let Me first say Mandy the sales rep service rep was amazing even the technician was amazing but I came in for my 90,000 mile service I got a family and friends discount Toto was going to come out around $500 after an hour they called me and told me I needed the water pump and belt for my truck total was going to come out to over $1300 so they offered a financing option using my drivers license but they couldn't use mine because it was expired so they told me I can use anyone's ID just to have them send me a picture of the back and I told him is that all you need if you needed anything else and they said no that's all we need and that's it so I had my wife Sent me a picture of the back of her drivers license she scanned it and done she said it got approved that's it I'll be finished when I pay I was ok cool and I even asked would they need anything else they said no it will do a soft credit pull but won't need anything else I was sold cause I really didn't wanted to spent over $1300 at the moment They called me told me my car was ready and just go to the Paying station when I got there I was going to pay portion cash and the rest finance and that is when I found out that they needed her social but that was not discussed at all I asked if they needed anything else and they said no just the back of her drivers license and that's it nothing elseSo now my car was worked on the job was done what else am I supposed to do and they made it pretty clear pay or don't get my car now I had to get money from my rent and other bills that I had to pay to pay them for lies that they told me I need my car but I knew it was too good to be true but I guess I'm the dumb one because it should've been a red flag when they said all they needed was the back of a driver license of any person even if they are not there at the momentI wonder if that's how they even supposed to do financing with other peoples names with them not being presenT More

This is the third time I've worked with Mandi, and all have been pleasant experiences. At no time did I feel that my (many!) questions went unanswered or my (many more!) concerns unaddressed. Mandi is very reassuring. She makes the customer feel heard, valued, and welcomed. Of course, she's also competent, focused, and goal-oriented. You can trust that your car is in good hands from beginning to end! I consider Mandi Davis to be an exceptional service advisor at Longo: she makes sure the customer is comfortable by having treats and a space heater (no kidding!) available at her desk. She exhibits the perfect blend of an attentive hostess TO YOU and a careful guardian of YOUR CAR. Mandi can view the whole picture without forgetting any details: she will list (and clearly explain) your repair options according to their priority in safety. She’ll try her hardest to work along w/ you, always keeping your budget and time in mind. There are also other "little things" that Mandi does to go the extra mile for you and your car at Longo. I won't list here what I have seen; you'll have to go check things out for yourself.
