Jason the Salesman/finance made a fraudulent loan(straw purchase) in MY name for a friend of mine. He ran her several times to get her and others a loan on a 23 BMW X1. He ended up doing a fraudulent loan purchase) in MY name for a friend of mine. He ran her several times to get her and others a loan on a 23 BMW X1. He ended up doing a fraudulent loan for her in 2 names that he knew weren’t going to be driving the vehicle. He also accepted fraudulent insurance that wouldn’t protect the vehicle in the event of an accident. Wouldn’t shop here More

If only the parts department would answer a phone call, I would be able to get my new key for my car. I can't drive the car and the key was apparently supposed to be in last week. My side mirror was stolen, so I placed an order for a new one. That process was relatively simple, and I was told to come back on Friday to pick it up. When I came back, I was informed that they wouldn't ins one. That process was relatively simple, and I was told to come back on Friday to pick it up. When I came back, I was informed that they wouldn't install the mirror--a two second process-because of how busy they were. I was confused, as I had not been informed when buying the $600 (!!!) mirror that installation wasn't part of the deal. Instead, I was instructed to go install it myself, which I did while exactly following their instructions to a T. It stayed put about a day, before popping out and shattering. I'm out $600 now, and the entire thing could have been avoided if they'd taken the two seconds to fit it properly or to inform me they wouldn't be doing it in advance. I won't return to this location. More

When I arrived at the dealership, Manny had everything ready for me to sign and I was out the door within 15 minutes. Manny is a class act, he sells you what you want and NEVER tries to upsell more than what you can afford. He is honest and his word is gold! More
