I didn't feel pressured and he didn't try to give me more than what I wanted or needed. Upon picking up my car- Michael went over everything about the car- and I mean everything.He also hooked up the bluetooth and volvo on call (something I am sure I would NOT be able to do). Everything was handled by one person without any back and forth to managers and/or finance people. We agreed on the price and the trade-in and the dealer handled the rest - registry, financing, etc. It was quick and easy and I will definitely be buying all my future cars from Steingold Volvo. I should mention that the dealership has a wonderful waiting room as well! More
