We also worked with Jordan who was very knowledgeable and made signing very easy! He was honest and discussed options for warranty. Over all very pleased and happy with our new purchase and experience. I did receive a text from Alexandra Gomez that I was a little taken back by. She was nice at the dealership and showed me some of the technical details inside the car, but I got a text from hee regarding the survey where she screenshot every part of the survey and what I should respond with even writing out specifically to put "Alexandra Gomez was amazing and that's why I gave this score" and that if I can't put that on the survey to not do the survey at all because she loses her bonus...I thought that was a little unprofessional. We mainly dealt with Manny and Jordan and they were amazing. I have a friend who is looking for a Telluride that I will be sending your way!! More
