I have been working with Richard Fuller since 2/1/22, when I first put my order in for my truck. Unfortunately, it was a long wait and I ultimately had to convert my order from a ‘22 to a ‘23 and there w when I first put my order in for my truck. Richard was excellent to work with. Always very responsive when I had questions. Kept me informed of progress on my order and really made the purchase process easy. Really appreciated his help throughout my entire experience. I also had a really good experience working Kevin McKinnon. He was very responsive and professional in all my dealings with him. Kevin did a great job in helping me work through the aftermarket options. In particular, I was interested in a leveling kit, but was not approved for blue cruise. He called up his ready lift contact while I was in his office and we were able to chat with him about their testing with blue cruise and when they might approve for blue cruise. He also helped me the purchase of a bed cover and ceramic coating for my truck. Whenever I had a question he was very responsive and helpful. Finally, I dealt with Manny Diaz on the finance side. Very efficient process and able to get the deal done without hassle…even with a bit of a hiccup on my end with my credit access. More

My salesman Michael was excellent, polite, informative, but fed bad information. I was told that my loan interest rate would be under 6%. It ended up being 8.85% at signing without notification. WORST DEALERSHIP to purchase a vehicle. I have never experienced such unprofessional or lack of care/service for their customer after a sale. Did not receive permanent plates on time, and I have never experienced such unprofessional or lack of care/service for their customer after a sale. Did not receive permanent plates on time, and when contacted no phone call returned. I had to drive their and wait an unlimited time to get another temp tag. The dealership in turned registered the vehicle incorrectly and have yet to correct it 5 months later and I am still waiting on a call back. Also do not get the in store insurance thru Allstate. They cancelled my policy without a phone call etc due to so say insufficient founds when it was discovered the submitted payment thru wrong account and the saga continues. Stay Tuned More

Outstanding Service and Value! My wife and I were in the market for a new F-150 Super Crew. I had several dealerships contact me for information about what we were looking for (Including Chase Klusendorf and Jay Rosenthal). Within hours they found me a vehicle that matched my "want list" at a much better price than I had found anywhere else on the internet. We met with Chase and Jay, drove and bought, it was that easy! They not only had 1 vehicle, as it turned out they had several of them which gave us many choices. They were both very professional, attentive, knowledgeable and great to work with.
