Great sales, service terrible! 1900 miles on used vehicle in a year...annual inspection.. low & behold tie rod fails inspection. Repaired elsewhere, reinspection...'oh, we forgot to tell you serpentine belt in a year...annual inspection.. low & behold tie rod fails inspection. Repaired elsewhere, reinspection...'oh, we forgot to tell you serpentine belt also bad' so now overdue for inspection...service manager refused to correct the mistake THEY made. Called management...'we'll call you right back'...7 days, the crickets are worn out... No response. Service supposedly checked 20+ things, including tires..my spare was totally flat, valve rusted in place...souvh road dirt obvious it hadn't been touched. Techs apparently not checking much other than the boxes...service manager shows 0 respect for Customer. Thumbs way down. More

I stopped by the dealership for service to a recently purchased ‘21 Kia Telluride. As frustrating as it was to have had issues so soon due to factory assembly problems, they took care of it and I have no purchased ‘21 Kia Telluride.
