Our 2 year old vehicle was in the shop for over 2 months with minimal (if any) communication or updates. Similarly Kia Corporate was not professional or communicative. It was very clear both Kia corporate a with minimal (if any) communication or updates. Similarly Kia Corporate was not professional or communicative. It was very clear both Kia corporate and this service center and dealer were not interested in providing us good customer service. Would not recommend Kia to anyone who wants to feel like a valued customer. More

Do not answer their phones. Do not return calls timely. Service staff rude and act like you’re bothering them. Do not explain warranty or try to help.
