Trying to talk to a person when you call is never going to happen. Always leave a message. NOT professional at all. We dropped off the car at 8am and was told the diagnostic was starting @ 10:30. I called to happen. Always leave a message. NOT professional at all. We dropped off the car at 8am and was told the diagnostic was starting @ 10:30. I called and again had to wait for someone to call me back. I did get a call at 2:45 and was told they were still checking things out and since they closed at 5:00 that they wouldn't have time to fix it and we would have to wait until Monday. Still not knowing what was wrong with the car. Monday comes and I again had left 2 messages for someone to call me back with the results. Finally I got a call back to find out it was the catalytic converter and the price was 5500.00. I didn't have the work done. When we went to pick up the car the gentlemen that helped was outstanding. I wish I could remember his name. He explained everything and why the price was so much. He even pulled the car around for me in the pouring rain. So he made the experience better. My complaint is mostly that no one answered the phone. More

Good customer relations. Very professional. A long time to get a qucick diagnostic test drive but they came to my conclusion about the need for a viscous AWD coupler. They ha Very professional. A long time to get a qucick diagnostic test drive but they came to my conclusion about the need for a viscous AWD coupler. They have to order it. A five minute drive would have produced the evidence but it took about 90 minutes. Otherwise a pleasant experience More
