I have never in my entire 66 years had such a bad experience at the Newport Ritchie and Wesley Chapel dealerships. Everybody is a liar. You never can talk to a manager. My trade-in still has not been paid off email from finance company that my trade-in car payment will be withdrawn from my checking account on the 21st when you called these people. You can never talk to the managers because they are always conveniently not there as they all pull in and they’re very expensive vehiclesRange Rover’s Mercedes. I was in the market for a used Chevrolet Camaro and found the one I was looking for. I live 3hrs away and couldn't make it to the dealership in person, so I contacted them and Spoke with Daniel. There where the one I was looking for. I live 3hrs away and couldn't make it to the dealership in person, so I contacted them and Spoke with Daniel. There where no images on cargurus website of the car. Daniel Immediately went outside and took photos and videos of the car. He assured me that the car was in great shape and ran well and answered all my questions about the car. I loved what he told me so we closed the deal. My camaro was delivered to my driveway 2 days later and I couldn't be happier!!. I'm so glad Daniel helped me out. He made sure my experience was extremely pleasant! I will definitely refer Daniel at Jacob's Mitsubishi any day! Thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. More
