I went in with one of their online advertisements, knowing that the price shown had to include outrageous discounts that no one qualifies for, and asked them to give me the actual price. I spoke with knowing that the price shown had to include outrageous discounts that no one qualifies for, and asked them to give me the actual price. I spoke with Manny and someone he told me was a manager (which I now strongly suspect was a lie) and we worked out figures for me to lease a 2013 Mazda 3 for 24 months. I was 100% honest with them, going so far as to give them my exact credit score (not just "I have bad credit" - an actual, numerical score), let them know that I knew I would need (and had) a co-signer and explained that my trade-in (which I purchased from this dealership in 2009) was in fair condition and according to Kelley Blue Book was worth $3000. Both of them went out to look at my car and came back inside to tell me they agreed that $3000 was a fair price and my lease could be worked out so that my trade-in covered any money I should have had to pay out of pocket. When I came back into the dealership, less than a week later, to actually lease the vehicle Manny pawned me off on Ash, to whom I explained the entire conversation I had had with Manny and the alleged manager. I explained to Ash that my leasing this vehicle was 100% contingent on my trade-in covering the entire cost of anything I would have otherwise had to pay out of pocket ($2,654 according to Manny) and gave him the figures that Manny and I had decided upon. Never once did Manny, the alleged manager, or Ash so much as intimate to me that these figures were not guaranteed (remember, I had already given them my credit score). Ash went to run my credit and when he came back he informed me that he had the "appraiser" look at my car and they decided to only give me $2000 as a trade-in value - AFTER he checked my credit. I now have a hard hit on my credit report, no car to show for the experience, and a terrible taste in my mouth. More

Well, it looks like they seem to be advertising the same car for $11,995 (Mazda 3i) with NO intent on selling it for this price. Before driving over an hour, I called to see if the car was available and it car for $11,995 (Mazda 3i) with NO intent on selling it for this price. Before driving over an hour, I called to see if the car was available and it was. When I got there, the set me up with a salesman and we went out for the test drive. The car didn't start, so he had someone come over to jump start it. I didn't mind this, because after all, it comes with the warranty. During the test drive, the salesman went on to tell me that this was originally a lease from them that was turned in to them after the lease was up. After the drive, we went inside to go over the numbers. I presented a printout that I had gotten from another website that showed, with my estimated trade + down payment, my daughter would have an estimate monthly payment of $115/month. I then watched the salesman read, reread and reread again, they add that they had listed. after which point, he went in the back. When he came back he said that they had additional fees. Hmmm, no mention of this before he went in the back... He then told me that they had the following fees: $795 destination fee $250 Doc Fee $750 dealer fee which added an additional $1800 to the price and that the monthly payment would be $160/month. So after bickering a bit, the salesman asked what we would pay and I figured $125/month max! The salesman went into the back again and, this time, came back with someone else. This person then broke the news to me that they could not do that price, but they could lease my daughter a car. I wonder how places can get away with this? They just make up fees as they go? We were 100% ready to purchase this car (at the advertised price)..OK, we would have paid the Doc fees/tags and taxes of course ...but destination fee? on a USED car? that was originally leased from them? and a dealer fee? I guess it's not as bad as the comment/review a few below me...they had high fees added. I wonder if it was the same car? More

W diana about matching an offer..she couldnt do it but transfer me to a manager, greg, who after a 20 min negotiations agree to an offer close to it. Wayne had the color of the cx5 that i wanted and it only had 2 miles on it. I did this all over the phone..put down 500 deposit and then talked to manny (sales rep) about all my info before i came in to pick up. I was so worried that it was just a con to get me in the door that i started reading reviews..even checked with my credit card company to make sure i can get my deposit back if it didnt work out. Went there the next day, all worried and what mot..wondering what possible fees they were going to try to add on. I was all set to argue that the price was out the door, even had email print outs. But amazingly enough, it was the smoothest most awesome car transaction. I met manny at the door, he was just wonderful. He gave me his email, personal cell number and replied back promptly. I signed the papers, dealt with the finance and tada got the keys. No pushy sales or cons. I am just so happy with them and my new car. Manny even offered to mail me my plates. I highly recommend dealing with manny and to compare prices online. There were fees on my contract but i didnt care. I had an set price in mind and that was my bottom number. Didnt care what numbers they manuevered to get there. Just awesome! More

At first, I wasn’t planning on using Wayne Mazda to get my new car. Five years ago I was car shopping and didn’t have the friendliest experience. But after requesting a quote online, Elizabeth contacted me my new car. Five years ago I was car shopping and didn’t have the friendliest experience. But after requesting a quote online, Elizabeth contacted me and changed my mind. Not only was she friendly, but she went above and beyond to answer all my questions, and contacted me multiple times as she found out more information. You see… I wanted the 2012 Mazda3i 5-door Grand Touring WITH the tech package, but no one seemed to have one. And no one knew when they’d get one. As soon as a Mazda3i came in (even though it wasn’t the exact model I wanted) I was invited in for a test drive so I could see what this SkyActiv 40mpg engine was all about. I was greeted with a smile by Manny (Manuel) Navarro and he took me for a test drive. Manny is great. He showed me a few cars (since I wanted both the SkyActiv, the Grand Touring, and the tech package) we had to look at a couple different cars so I could put together all the pieces. The only problem was, this car was hard to find, if it was to be found at all! Manny assured me that he would look far and wide and track one down as soon as he could. Doing my own online inventory searches, I wasn’t too optimistic. When I got home I called Mazda directly. They said, “Oh, well, we’ve given each dealer one Mazda3i so they can give people test drives, but we won’t be rolling them out of the factory for a few months.” Ug! I then got a call from Manny. He said he was hoping to do a dealer trade with a dealer in Maryland or Virginia and he’d let me know. I was hesitantly hopeful. Five days after my initial visit to Wayne Mazda – FIVE DAYS – Manny called me to tell me that he did the impossible: He got my car! They were scheduled to flatbed my new car from MD to NJ. Unbelievable. Again, I did my own online inventory search and within a 500 mile radius, that was the ONLY car that met my specifications. And he got it. Fast. So, in spite of a freak snowstorm (10/31/11), no power, downed trees… Manny came through and got my car prepped and ready for me to pick up. All that, and I got a really good deal. This is the 5th new car I’ve bought, and has been without a doubt the best experience. I will be looking to contact Manny and Wayne Mazda again in a couple years when my wife is ready for her new car. If I could give more than 5 stars I would (and that means a lot since I am generally the first to complain about something). So, if you’re looking for a new car, call Manny. You won’t be disappointed! More
