Oil change and tire rotation I like the service i get and they are always friendly. Yet when I got in the car to leave the air was on full blast and the radio was loud. Still have the rattle. So I know it wasnt checked. Looked myself and there is a loose muffler bracket. Brakes Service I expected to have all my brakes were in need of replacement due to pulsation on braking. The service advisor informed me that the rear brakes were t I expected to have all my brakes were in need of replacement due to pulsation on braking. The service advisor informed me that the rear brakes were the cause. They replaced the rear rotors and pads and that it would fix the pulsation problem. I drove it and the braking was smooth and I was satisfied. I ended up only paying for the 2 rear brake service and can put off replacing the fronts later this year. I also didn't have to wait very long and had a cup of coffee and a snack. More
