Poor customer service Had a appointment with a finance manager, which we never saw. This was set up thru the credit recovery program. We explained what we were doing there Had a appointment with a finance manager, which we never saw. This was set up thru the credit recovery program. We explained what we were doing there and Mr. Oppermann sent us to a salesman who had no clue and wasn't interested after we explained why we were there. Very sad visit. Would not recommend this dealership. More

I dealt with a different dealership before this one and you could tell all they wanted was my money and didn't care if they manipulated me to do so. Andrew Toyota is the best hands down! I am so happy with my purchase knowing it came from a well known dealership I can trust. Marc also gave me a follow up call and was always available for contact.
