Olivia was wonderful when we returned to complete the deal and spent a lot of time with us to ensure satisfaction. Slight bone to pick was quoted back of envelope payment calculation on test drive day and actual were quite a bit apart when finally completing deal, which surprised me, however still completed the sale. More

We purchased new Prius without ever meeting with Marc face-to-face, but after numerous contacts via phone and very specific text messages, we felt very confident in his honesty and straightforwardness. Since we had to order our car through Toyota, the process took several weeks. Marc frequently initiated calls to us keeping us informed about the progress of our order so we just waited for his updates. All-in-all a very good experience - and we ended up with exactly the car we wanted at the best price around. More
