Shalonda McCrory literally jumped out of her chair to welcome us, we stated that we were working with Marc and she showed us the vehicle we were interested in, along with going over all of the safety features. She was knowledgeable and most helpful. Marc was friendly presented our options and worked with us to complete the deal. He was not high pressure, just informative. This is our first leased vehicle. Quality Car Buying Experience We were looking for a used Corolla or Honda when we walked onto the lot at Andrew Toyota. Marc Brandofina , our sales rep, came out to greet us and as We were looking for a used Corolla or Honda when we walked onto the lot at Andrew Toyota. Marc Brandofina , our sales rep, came out to greet us and asked what we were looking for so we gave him our requirements. It just so happened that there was a vehicle or two that fit our needs. Marc test drove those vehicles with us a few times so we could get a feel for what we were possibly buying. He was always patient with us and even allowed us to place a hold on the Honda that we liked. After a couple test drives, we returned a third day to finally purchase the vehicle. Marc was always professional and respectful to our needs. He was patient and accomodating, never pressuring us into anything. He even stated that if we had a "change of heart" that was ok. After buying our car, Marc went out of his way to help us return our rental car to closer drop off location. We could have used Andrew Toyota's free shuttle service for that, but it would have required driving much farther to the airport and back. We highly recommend Marc and Andrew Toyota.
