Great Experience!!! We bought a car back in 2008 from a different dealership and the experience was so frustrating that my wife and I didn't want to go thru it again. We were preparing mentally for a battle with the salesman for a couple of weeks and not really looking forward to buying a new car because of the past experience. When we arrived at Andrew's Toyota, we where greeted by Jessica Klappa and she introduced us to Marc Brandofina. After greeting us Mark asked us what vehicle we were interested in and he helped us find the car we where looking for with the exact exterior color and interior color we were looking for. He went over all the vehicle options and prices. Thru the entire process Marc never pressured us to make a decision. We negotiated back and forth thru emails and phone calls, and always getting back to us right away. The entire process was like night and day compared to our last car buying experience. Marc made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He was very professional and has great knowledge of the vehicles he sells.
