I had visited another dealer and there was a great deal of game playing about price and availability of the RAV4. Not true at Andrew Toyota and with Marc. He took our paper work and proceeded to draw up the contract. No haggling or changing the price. I got a very fair deal with no stress on my part. I could not believe how fast and easy the sale went. He was friendly and yet very professional. I left my garage opener on my trade in and when I called Marc, he immediately called me back and promised to quickly mail it back. I really appreciated how smoothly everything went. I had an appraisal from Carmax, and they honored this appraisal. The whole process was stress free. More
