Slight bone to pick was quoted back of envelope payment calculation on test drive day and actual were quite a bit apart when finally completing deal, which surprised me, however still completed the sale. Since we had to order our car through Toyota, the process took several weeks. Marc frequently initiated calls to us keeping us informed about the progress of our order so we just waited for his updates.
