Marc did a fantastic job navigating my transaction during a very challenging time while the sales software was down for every single dealership in USA and Canada. Despite this he and his support staff got me a very challenging time while the sales software was down for every single dealership in USA and Canada. Despite this he and his support staff got me in and out in less than 2 hours. This is quite a feat when all their software tools were not available. I had another dealer completely turn me away for the same issue. I explained my situation and they gave me white glove service in record time. A truly great transaction. Thanks Marc for all you do!
