I understand your frustration and the fact that you were not satisfied with your experience. As I stated before, we were ordering the all weather mats that you were promised as well as the SD card. SD cards are formatted differently according to the vehicle, so that is not a quick overnight procedure. Also, with the holiday things were slightly delayed as far as getting your first payment check cut because the GM is required to sign off before checks are cut. All items are ready for you now. Again, my apologies that you were not satisfied at the time of the sale, but I hope that this can help make up for it.

Yes Mr. Ortiz, I notified you that the items were ready because as I stated in my previous email the check was delayed due to the holiday and GM approval. As you can see by the date on the check it was cut today. I was not aware that you were coming today because we had not set up the appointment for you to come in. I was in the middle of cutting checks for other customers as well which is why I was not available. When we discussed a resolution over the phone I asked you if I was able to get you the SD card, the all weather mats, and a check to cover your first payment if this would be agreeable with you. You stated yes. If there was something else in your mind you did not mention it to me as far as resolving this matter. As far as the SD card goes, I apologize that it did not work. I did mention to you that it's not a quick overnight procedure because they are formatted differently by vehicle. As you can see this one did not work, which is why Ronald ordered another SD card. This should be expedited since it was flagged as incompatible. If there is something else you feel would help resolve this issue please feel free to let me know.

Motor vehicle fees are estimated at the time of the deal. If it is not paid upfront the fee is broken up into your payments. Once motor vehicle is processed, if there is money left over from the estimate, a reimbursement is sent to you. In your case you will be getting a refund for $39.45. As I stated earlier the SD card is being sent out today. The UPS tracking number is 1Z2A487W1395182031.

Hi Mr. Ortiz, I reached out to UPS and they were not able to give me much more information other than the package was damaged and discarded. I am going to have to submit a claim with them in order to resolve the issue. In the meantime I contacted our parts manager to reorder the SD card. It is currently listed as back order, but he has escalated the order to emergency status, so as soon as one is available the order takes priority. Right now it is showing a tentative eta as December 14th. Once I have more information I will update you. -Caitlyn

You should have it by 3pm tomorrow, but we have been experiencing some delivery delays due to the holidays. At most it would be the following day, but I highly doubt it. The reason for the feedback is based on how i feel.. It's not based on a resolution that i have been going back and forth with hudson hyundai. I appreciate your involvement and your effort to make things right. the fact still remains that Ron/ Joe and Marc did a terrible job when it came to making sure that i walk out of Hudson Hyundai a satisfied customer.

do you really understand my frustration? i find your message to be such a coincidence. you write to let me know the items are ready while you have been notified that i was there to see you. the entire situation has not been resolved i am still missing my sd card and i am still going to pay more than the agreed amount. yes i did receive the other items i suggested as compensation. no thanks to hudson hyundai's suggestion.

what would resolve this issue, maybe a fresh start. oops that can't happen because i am tied to this leasing agreement. now let us be realistic and you tell me what else you think i deserve in order to make this a real pleasant experience. all i keep getting is a run around from hudson hyundai. you say that the format process is not a quick one. i spoke to you on Nov.16, 2018 at about and as 4pm. Ron told me today that the sd card has been at hyundai for 10 days. that means you received this card on Nov. 19, 2018 as per Ron. Now i don't really care when you got the card because it is the wrong card. what i do care is when am i getting the correct sd card. the original card should have been in the slot. Joe goncalves should have shown me the card. instead of shoving everything in the envelope and disappearing into his office. ron should have paid more attention to my transaction instead of participating on a different sale when truly our encounter wasn't completely sealed. as a returning customer i went to hudson hyundai to finance another car from hudson. i walked out with a leased car because Ron decided to mislead me on various occasions. we can't start over and convert this lease into a finance agreement so what can you really do for me

i also would like to keep in mind that my monthly agreed payment went up. according to Marc, it's because of my registration fees not being calculated correctly. which i don't understantd how i am paying registration adjustment fees for the next 3 years, when my registration is for 2 years.

I tracked the UPS packed and I am getting a delivery exception. The package was damaged by UPS and it will not be delivered to me. I am not sure if UPS contacted you regarding this package/tracking number. All I know is that I am not getting the SD card.

good evening, i would like to give you an update on the SD card. the card is not working when i insert it in the car. I was over at hudson hyundai this afternoon on 12/26/18 and Vince from the parts department took a look at the situation. he has the card and is going to work on getting the card. i just wanted to let you know that i am still without an sd card.
