Karl-Eric Rigaud and Marc Israel helped us purchase our new (used) car very recently. The process could not have been smoother! Karl-Eric helped us put a hold on the car so that it’d still be there the n new (used) car very recently. The process could not have been smoother! Karl-Eric had the car detailed that night prior to our arrival the next morning and helped us to connect our phones to the car and went over options of of the car. He wanted to be sure we fully understood all that the Mercedes has to offer. Karl-Eric handed us over to Marc Israel in finance for completion of the purchase. Both encouraged us to contact them if we had any questions after purchasing. Usually the process to buy is slow and eats up a huge chunk of our day.
