Came to Crown Eurocars on 5/21. The vehicle I wanted ended up being sold but my sales advisor, Calvin Goodwin found me a few different options to choose from that was similar to my first choice. Though I ended up not making a deal that day, I received a call from Calvin a few hours later after personally searching the lot for the perfect car for me which wasn’t even on their system yet. A newer vehicle that had all of the extra features that I wanted and more! Next day 5/22 I came back to make a deal and Marc Israel from finance was able to get me an incredible deal from Mercedes-Benz that went above and beyond my preferred terms. I could not be happier with my new Benz along with the outstanding customer service experience I received! More
