I entered into the automotive industry in 1988 when I joined the Crown Auto family. Mostly I enjoy meeting the motoring needs of our customers. I moved to Florida in 1979 from Texas and Rhode Island. I have a lot of fun restoring a 1965 GTO! I have 1 teenage son and my motto is “work, relax, repeat”!

My salesman, Neville Barnett, was very nice and, I believe, as accommodating as possible. He stayed in constant communication with me and always responded in a timely manner to any questions I asked h believe, as accommodating as possible. Karl-Eric Rigaud delivered the car because Neville was not available that day and he was very pleasant and personable. Marc Israel, finance dept., spent a lot of time with me explaining the financing. All-in-all a good experience but I do feel that someone could have spent a little more time with me explaining the features and how to operate things. I guess being shown once, briefly, was not enough. I'm basically learning by trial and error which is not the end of the world. I also think that since this was a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that someone should have walked with me around the car for an inspection before I signed off on the car to make sure that there was nothing missed on their end and that the car was 100% as it's supposed to be. I did find that one of the tail lights has a small chip in it. Being a woman and going alone to a dealership can be a little intimidating. More
