Jim was very patient, accommodating, responsive, and most importantly, not pushy. He listened to my needs and recommended the vehicle accordingly. Didn't tried to sell me something that I didn't need, which saved me thousands by going with a gas engine instead of diesel. The GM, Dan Morris, was super cool. Their system went down while processing my vehicle to be released and financed thru Mercedes. Dan reached out personally to apologized for the delay and approved me driving away with the vehicle despite the delay was not on their end before the system was up and running again. It was the Mercedes' financing system that was down. Marc Israel made the closing super quick and easy. Didn't try to oversell some packages so he can get a commission on it. The whole deal at Crown Mercedes was phenomenal and not out to rip you off. Will definitely be back in the future and will never ever considered going any where else.
