I looked around at all the smaller SUVs and decided I wanted a GLC300. I had a bad experience at another dealership in the area and decided to try crown. I went on the website and found Zoltan who came wanted a GLC300. I had a bad experience at another dealership in the area and decided to try crown. I went on the website and found Zoltan who came recommended by many. I messaged him what what I was looking for and and he responded within just a few hours and had found me exactly what wanted and gave me all the information straightaway. Zoltan is so friendly, kind, and great at his job. He went out of his way to make sure my experience was enjoyable, and post-purchase he showed me how to use all the new features of my car. The cars are high tech but he is highly knowledgeable about the system and made it easy to figure out. I love my new Mercedes and would highly recommend Zoltan and the Crown Mercedes to anyone in the market for a new car! More

We were very happy with the process and he kept us informed throughout. He and Marc got us all the information and answers to our questions regarding our decision to buy or lease, and to which warranty items were best for us. Tony the tech guy went through and showed us how to use all the fancy tech in the car and gave us his card in case we want to schedule another lesson after we have been driving it for a while. We couldn't be happier with the level of service we received. More
