I've been very fortunate in life to have owned multiple high end vehicles of various brands, therefore have dealt with a lot of dealerships over the y I've been very fortunate in life to have owned multiple high end vehicles of various brands, therefore have dealt with a lot of dealerships over the years. Let me start off by saying that Crown Eurocars was one of the best, if not the best dealership I've ever worked with because of my sales associate, Mo. I found my dream car on a Monday, and the deal was sealed by Wednesday! I'm a very picky car enthusiast and normally don't purchase anything sight unseen, but Mo was able to put me at ease through tons of pictures, endless text responses and phone calls. He was down to earth, professional, courteous and very prompt. I never once felt pressured to purchase, and I feel like I've made a friend on top of an excellent deal. The excellent sales staff, including Mark Isarel and Rob Wilson were able to send me all paperwork overnight and the process couldn't be easier. To top off this great experience, Mo offered to meet me on a Sunday, the only day that I'm off and the day that the dealership is closed, just so that I can pick up the vehicle, now that's customer service at a whole other level! I can go on and on about my experience, but just read all the excellent reviews and you'll have an idea of what Crown Eurocars is about. I'll definitely be back when my Audi R8 needs a playmate! I want to particularly single out Larry Chapman, who spent a significant amount of time going through all the options available and explaining the pluses and minuses of each. He went with us on a couple of test drives and then, when my son-in-law came later, he also took him out on a test drive. I would unhesitatingly recommend Larry and Crown Eurocars to anyone else interested in a Mercedes. It was definitely a 5-star sales experience for me. More
