Bianca is an asset as I was in the market for a another Mercedes this would be my seventh and the type of car is very hard to find AMG. I found and sent out a hand full of Emails to 4 different dealers enquiring about payment, intrest rates & trade in value. I wanted to know my monthly payment teram and cost out if pocket . I provided all the information that was need to show that I was ready serious ready willing able customer if the numbers worked . I to in sales I work for a national builder so my days are long and when I got home from work I sent these inquires out late at night as I wanted to make a decision within 24 hours . 830 AM I received a phone call with a string of follow up emails back n forth and within 6 hours of calls all of the questions that I needed to make a logical purchase was pretty much answered . Marc Isreal in financing is fantastic all about transparency no games was able to work deal that made the numbers work . I was so confident in my decision that I purchased this car site in seen and I must say This was by far the best car purchse I ever made. Coming in from out of town they stayed 2 & a half hours after business hours to finalize this deal . She is very professional and courteous. Once purchased she took the time to go over the features in the car and connect my phone. I came in with a pre-approved loan so the financing went just as fast with Marc Israel. This is probably the fastest car purchase Ive ever done. I was also impressed that Marc was able to switch my registration and give me my new registration without having to spend a couple hours in the DMV. Victor was very nice, explained the options, moved at a comfortable pace, there was NO PRESSURE, we felt very comfortable, really nice guy, no one likes dealing with sales people and dealerships, Victor was so easy to talk and deal with, this Crown Mercedes dealership on hwy 19 is different than other car dealerships.
