Upon meeting him, he was friendly, courteous and helpful. He explained everything in detail and allowed us time to make a decision without any pressure to purchase. We did purchase the warranty and he was able to get all the information taken care of with minimal effort on our part. He cared about our situation and got us back on the road in no time ... with peace of mind. Thanks Marc! It was a pleasure meeting you and doing business with you! We highly recommend everyone we encountered at Crown. We learned that Andy Mrasz is a relatively new employee here. His name is not available for review on the website so I will add my own here. From the moment our motorhome (mercedes sprinter) arrived by tow truck, we were greeted in the service bay. Upon entering the building Andy was there and willing to help. He took just a few minutes to finish up something else, then immediately was attentive to our needs. He took our information, passed it on to the mechanics and was able to resolve our problem very quickly. He took extra steps to make sure we were comfortable and kept informed every step of the way. It was a very quick (under warranty) fix. Andy referred us to Marc for the extended warranty also. Excellent Customer Service!
