Worth a two hour drive. Crown was actually the 3rd dealership we had stopped at. Shortly after arriving at the Mercedes dealership, Mr Abdulla approached and asked if he coul Crown was actually the 3rd dealership we had stopped at. Shortly after arriving at the Mercedes dealership, Mr Abdulla approached and asked if he could help. My son, whom we were shopping for, informed him he wished to look at the 2015 Audi Q7. Rather than treat us as if he was disappointed in showing a used car instead of a brand new Mercedes, “Wally” quickly got the keys and brought the vehicle to us, answered every question we had. We went on a decent test drive to get a feel for it and he really took care of us through the entire process. He even had it fueled up for our long drive back to Maitland, after we set up financing. Marc was the consummate professional, finding us a much better finance deal than I was preapproved for. Truly a great car buying experience from start to finish. A great dealership starts with pros like Wally and Marc. I will absolutely recommend Crown to anyone, whether they are in the market r not. It was well worth our 2 hour drive. More

I was I bit hesitant about having a new sales rep since I have only dealt with only one sales rep in the past who is no longer there. When we Met with Zoltan, we were more than impressed, he went well beyond the call of duty to take care of us, answer every question, address every issue, The level of service and care was beyond what I was used to and what I had expected.
