Tom especially is always knowledgable about service and goes the extra mile to accommodate my busy schedule when service is necessary. Dave made the buying process seamless and coordinated our transition to the new vehicles. Kudos to Tony for teaching us (and continuing to teach us ) the capabilities of the vehicles. He knows everything. Marc honestly explained the advantages and costs of available vehicle options so that we could decide what was best for us. As an aside, on the date of purchase I came to Crown for a simple vehicle repair and instead decided to buy 2 new cars. So the people I referenced must have done something right. More
