Outstanding customer service! I just leased my second Mercedes and this was my first experience with Crown Eurocars. My salesperson Zoltan Krempaszky was so helpful from the very f I just leased my second Mercedes and this was my first experience with Crown Eurocars. My salesperson Zoltan Krempaszky was so helpful from the very first communication (via email, text and phone) to the day I picked up my car. I told him what I was looking for and they did not have it in stock, but he was determined to locate one for me. He never gave up and tracked my car down and had it brought to his dealership! I was so happy and surprised that he was able to get this done! I live in Orlando, but was willing to get my car from Zoltan in ST Pete because he went the "extra mile" and really came through for me and my needs!
