While I did also look at another brand, I decided that my experience with Dave's professional sales approach and his desire to make me happy regardless of what I bought was an important factor in my selection process. That along with a great experience for the last three years with Crown Eurocars from the purchase experience to the service experience told me that this is where I wanted my next car to come from. OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM JIM SMITH 'This was my 5th Plymouth Prowler I have owned over the last 14 years. I visited 3 other dealers before finding this "Gem" at Crown. Jim went overboar 'This was my 5th Plymouth Prowler I have owned over the last 14 years. I visited 3 other dealers before finding this "Gem" at Crown. Jim went overboard with great service including taking my 2017 sticker off one plate and putting it on my newer plate. This wasn't easy as the sun and weather had worn it but he carefully with a razor blade got it done. In addition he was even able to remove my sticker for my country club entrance sticker and was able to put it on my car and it worked when I got home. He also was able to safely remove my Sun pass monitor and give it to me. Marc Israel was also extremely helpful and very patient when completing the transactions as my Debit card initially gave me difficulty putting $10,000 on it but we got it done finally.
