I was there less than two hours (probably closer to one hour) and drove away with an E class for my wife. I have been buying cars for over Forty years and I never had a better experience. Jim offered to familiarize my wife with all the complex features the car has (she wasn't there for the purchase). He even followed up the next day with a phone call and offered again to answer any questions and demonstrate the features for my wife. Marc also followed up with a phone call. I left crown feeling like I knew these two professionals for years! You couldn't ask for a better experience! More

I flew in to Tampa Int'l Airport and was picked up by Karl and transported to Crown Eurocars - talk about great service!
