Flying in from Chicago,I was concerned that the car could be sold before I arrived. Jim said he would hold it for me and he did. Omar pick me up at the airport and made me feel comfortable right from the get go. The whole process went smoothly and my feeling was Jim wasn't satisfied until I was 100% satisfied. Once I was satisfied we closed the deal. From there Marc took care of the financing end of things along with the out of state paperwork. Even though it was getting late Jim stuck around until everything was finalized 100%. Jim filled the Cadillac with gas and thanked me again. I'd like to thank the entire crew at crown eurocars for making this transaction go smoothly. I've bought a lot of cars in my day and these guys made it a pleasant experience! They could be the model for a lot of other dealerships. More

Purchase of new ML250 BlueTEC vehicle I had been in negotiations with Sarasota Mercedes Benz and hit a brick wall concerning pricing. A friend recommended I contact Crown Eurocars which I I had been in negotiations with Sarasota Mercedes Benz and hit a brick wall concerning pricing. A friend recommended I contact Crown Eurocars which I did. I received a call from Anthony Colarulo saying he wanted to work with me. We arranged a meeting and I also met Melinda Rubino. Negotiating a new offer didn't take all that long. We reached an acceptable price in a relatively short time. Both Anthony and Melinda were great to work with, neither was pushy or exerting of pressure. They worked to set up the deal and it all went like clockwork. Even the meeting with "Marc", the financial person was professional and to the point. He did not pressure us in any manner. The whole process was 180 degrees opposite of what we had experienced in Sarasota. Unfortunately, my new vehicle blew a tire out only 19-miles from the dealership. Eurocars acted quickly, came out and changed the tire, I returned to the dealer and replacement was expedited. A new tire was not available, late on Friday afternoon, but they gave me a new loaner vehicle for the weekend and my new car was delivered to me in Sarasota on Monday afternoon. The entire experience far exceeded anything I had ever received from Mercedes in the past. More
