Over the course of approximately 5 months, Greg Sarantis worked relentlessly to help us identify the perfect car for our family. He kept us posted on what inventory became available or would be available in the near future and always promptly responded to our calls/emails. Greg showed a great deal of professionalism, patience, caring and consideration for our financial situation. We never felt rushed, pushed or pressured into buying any car at all, but rather provided with resources and input that ultimately helped us make an informed decision. Greg is extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring, patient and sincere and I cannot recommend him enough. He simply is the type of individual that goes above and beyond to genuinely help. Once we finally decided on the car, Anthony (Tony) Diamond helped us get familiar with the various options the car came equipped with. Tony was also extremely patient and professional. We were very impressed with the amount of knowledge Tony possesses not only on the GLK model but as well as on various other models my husband and I had questions on. Marc Israel is the one who made the financing happen. He is also very patient, explains things thoroughly and is very knowledgeable in his area. Marc helped us navigate thru the world of lease versus buy, prepaid services and other add-ons available thru Mercedes and ultimately helped us pick a financing option that worked best for our family's needs. Overall, Crown Eurocars (thru Greg Sarantis, Tony Diamond and Marc Israel) have provided us with outstanding service! I have had so many disappointing experience's with salesmen that I cant imagine ever going else where!! Marc Israel was my finance manager who also exceeded my expectations, who also was once again professional and extremely pleasant. Both Stephen and Marc put every effort into making me happy and driving home with my new car the same night which kept all of us there till 10:15 pm. I cannot say enough good things about Steve Doran. As soon as my fiancé and I sat down with him we felt like we knew him already and were instantly comfortable. At no point did I feel any sort of pressure from him and he did everything he could to meet all the details I was looking for in a vehicle and within the budget we were working with. We appreciated how clear cut and honest he was with us as well as determined to meet our needs, and you truly can't ask for more than that in a sales representative. I had a wonderful experience and walked out with my dream car. My fiancé plans to purchase a vehicle within the next couple of months and has already told Steve he would be reaching out to him to do so. It was truly a pleasure to work with someone as easy-going yet professional as Steve and we will be Crown customers for life now because of him. More

We were in the market for a new Mercedes and we spoke with Jason Dees throughout the deal. He was a delight to work with, hands down one of the best sales consultants I have ever dealt with. HOWEVER, the sales experience took a turn for the worst when we had to deal with Marc Israel. Marc was so arrogant, rude and sarcastic that we almost just got up and left. But we wanted Jason Dees to earn his commission so we just dealt with Marc Israel. Jason is what made the sale final in our opinion, Marc on the other hand almost ruined the deal with his attitude. I recommend Jason Dees but avoid Marc Israel unless you want to deal with the biggest jerk ever. More

I was in the market to upgrade my current 2006 CLS 500 for a 2012 CLS 63 AMG and came across your dealership. Being a stickler for detail I and considering I am out of town, Jim made the process extremel for a 2012 CLS 63 AMG and came across your dealership. Being a stickler for detail I and considering I am out of town, Jim made the process extremely easy and covered all the bases. In this instance we negotiated over the phone and they offered me what I was looking for on my trade. Sent a carrier to pick it up and rolled out the "red carpet" for me to take delivery. I would highly recommend using them and my next purchase I won't even need to visit the dealership as Jim knows my taste and I will just have them ship the car to me. Upon my initial arrival, Jim picked me up from the airport and had everything in place for my test drive - he devoted the entire afternoon to me and had my owners manual ready for me to take back on the plane. How did he know me so well that I would want to read up and get familiar ahead of my scheduled delivery. Finance I dealt with Marc Israel and one car guy to another we connected and he made the finance easier than most dealerships in my location. It was unbelievably simple and straight forward. I am still amazed at how easy this was. My next upgrade will be from Crown and Jim. More
