We were in the market for a new Mercedes and we spoke with Jason Dees throughout the deal. He was a delight to work with, hands down one of the best sales consultants I have ever dealt with. HOWEVER, the sales experience took a turn for the worst when we had to deal with Marc Israel. Marc was so arrogant, rude and sarcastic that we almost just got up and left. But we wanted Jason Dees to earn his commission so we just dealt with Marc Israel. Jason is what made the sale final in our opinion, Marc on the other hand almost ruined the deal with his attitude. I recommend Jason Dees but avoid Marc Israel unless you want to deal with the biggest jerk ever. More

I was in the market to upgrade my current 2006 CLS 500 for a 2012 CLS 63 AMG and came across your dealership. Being a stickler for detail I and considering I am out of town, Jim made the process extremel for a 2012 CLS 63 AMG and came across your dealership. Being a stickler for detail I and considering I am out of town, Jim made the process extremely easy and covered all the bases. In this instance we negotiated over the phone and they offered me what I was looking for on my trade. Sent a carrier to pick it up and rolled out the "red carpet" for me to take delivery. I would highly recommend using them and my next purchase I won't even need to visit the dealership as Jim knows my taste and I will just have them ship the car to me. Upon my initial arrival, Jim picked me up from the airport and had everything in place for my test drive - he devoted the entire afternoon to me and had my owners manual ready for me to take back on the plane. How did he know me so well that I would want to read up and get familiar ahead of my scheduled delivery. Finance I dealt with Marc Israel and one car guy to another we connected and he made the finance easier than most dealerships in my location. It was unbelievably simple and straight forward. I am still amazed at how easy this was. My next upgrade will be from Crown and Jim. More

I recently took my Mercedes-Benz in for routine service and I was given a new MB C250 to drive while my car was being serviced. I liked the C250 so much that I decided to trade cars. Not finding one on the lot that I really wanted, the General Manager, Larry Casto, got to work and a couple of days later had located one for me. He sent me the car info including accessories, and I agreed to the trade. A few days later the car had arrived at the dealership and I was notified. I went to Crown Eurocars where I was introduced to the Sales Consultant, John Sauer, who handled the trade most professionally and went over the car's features and how to utilize them. Next was the Business Manager, Marc Israel who was most enjoyable to work with. I was walked over to the Service Department to let Service Consultant, Rick Webb whom I had already worked with, know about my new purchase and to ask any questions I had. All in all a very pleasant experience with everyone involved, kudos to Mr. Casto and his staff. I would highly recommend Crown Eurocars to anyone purchasing either a new or pre-owned vehicle. More
