Keep in min that this was my first Mercedes’ purchase. Originally we were looking at Toyota and went across the street to Crown Eurocars. Brian Smith greeted us and was full of information and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Very easy to talk to and non pushy which I very much appreciated. When we test drove the car we let him know that we weren’t going to be purchasing that day. He gave me his card and I contacted him a few weeks later to purchase. Very nice process and would recommend to everyone I know! P.S. I did visit a few other Mercedes’ dealerships in the Meantime and they knew nothing about the vehicles and we’re super aggressive. More
