Every time you walk in the door you are greeted with a welcoming smile and a friendly face. My husband and I have bought several cars from Marc Jaffe and we will continue to do so. He gets me great deals on the perfect vehicle for me, and is always there to assist me with any problem big or small. The relationship with him doesn't end when you leave the dealership as with most salespeople. He has sent help for me when my car was in an accident and even helped me with silly things like programming my radio. A lot of people think buying a car is an unpleasant experience. Initially wanted a convertible, but took another "M-Performance" sedan for a test drive, and changed my mind. However, after doing the deal, I had a case of "buyer's remorse" the following day, and was allowed to "exchange" cars for the one I initially wanted. This is unusual, but in this instance, buyer satisfaction was paramount in the deal as expressed by Marc Jaffee, and a couple of other Bramen people..... Obviously, I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience, and love the new convertible..... More
