We have never experienced such horrible customer service with leasing a vehicle before. My husband turned his 2016 Dodge Ram in and re-leased a new 2019 one. Weeks after, we received a bill from the leasing with leasing a vehicle before. My husband turned his 2016 Dodge Ram in and re-leased a new 2019 one. Weeks after, we received a bill from the leasing company saying we owed a large amount of money on it. Many things sited, were damages that were not on our vehicle at trade in, nor were we able to dispute that as Imperial took the vehicle so it was no longer in our possession! We had written many emails asking for an explanation as to why this would occur and why we would pay for this when they accepted our vehicle back and got no where. Had we known how they do business we’d never have gone through them. We have leased many vehicles and NEVER have had a bill AFTER turn in. We ultimately paid it but will never lease/buy from any Imperial Dealership again- sadly, because we prefer to give local companies our business. More

I needed to provide multiple signed documents (I’m a young buyer shifting away from their parents owning my previous car) as well as a copy of a document that was not brought to my attention until last minute, even though the entire purchase took two weeks (had car shipped from out of state). Definitely should have outlined exactly what I needed on that first day, allowing me all that time to gather the paperwork. Additionally- my car was shipped from out of state. The arrival date of the car was vague and got pushed back multiple times, and seemingly the responsibility was out of their hands. However a bit more transparency throughout the process would have been appreciated. Also- my patience throughout the hassle was not respected- typically dealers will make it up somehow- throw in some car mats or a little extra- for me, nothing. So don’t expect much of that sort. Frank Dumas was my sales consultant throughout the process. He made my experience smooth- kept things clear and simple, provided me with as much information as possible throughout the process. After dealing with other salesman who patronized me and did not take me seriously as a 22 year old woman buying a 2019 Challenger, Frank’s respect (and sense of humor!) was much appreciated and ultimately kept me from walking out of yet another dealership. Best car buying experience found myself having to purchase a new vehicle, but had no idea what I wanted. Walked the lot a day or so before going in to test drive. Gave Ed Kell found myself having to purchase a new vehicle, but had no idea what I wanted. Walked the lot a day or so before going in to test drive. Gave Ed Kelly a list of vehicles I thought I might like. Had a few I was interested in until he pulled out a dark horse; a GMC Acadia. Figured I would try it and absolutely loved it! He was completely in tune to what I was looking for - more so than I was it seemed. After the choice was made, dealing with the Sales Manager, Marc Mastroianni and Jeff Viger in Finance was a breeze. Extremely fair, professional and no pressure. Easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff at Imperial Dodge Jeep Chrysler. Especially Ed, Marc and Jeff. More

Third times the charm I’ve been to this dealership 2 times in the past to try and buy a car. Selling cars in the past I made honest offers on 2 different vehicles as I get I’ve been to this dealership 2 times in the past to try and buy a car. Selling cars in the past I made honest offers on 2 different vehicles as I get a new vehicle every couple years. Both offers were turned down immediately. I went to a different dealer and made the same offer and I did business elsewhere. The 3rd time (current) imperial Chrysler had a used truck I’ve been looking for. I gave them one last chance. I arrived at the dealership seeking help on this specific vehicle. I walked around and even walked around the show room for a while. Nothing. Usually you have to fight salesman’s off of you but I couldn’t even get one to look at me. Finally as I was about to get in my rental and leave. Mike Gunn was driving by as he was moving vehicles around. He asked if I needed help and I said yes. He got out of the vehicle and proceeded to greet me and help me w the vehicle I came to look at. We looked at the vehicle, went for a test drive, then sat down to look at numbers. I wanted to sleep on it as the truck I wanted was a lot of money. He didn’t pressure me at all. I called him up the next day and did a credit app and ended up buying the truck with him. Mike literally saved the imperial name in my eyes and he made a car deal. He took a chance and it paid off for both of us. I’m so grateful he approached me as I wouldn’t have gotten my dream truck if I drove away. Because of that I came back a week later and my gf bought a new Jeep from Mike. I will be bringing all of my business to Mike now. I highly recommend him if anyone is interested in purchasing from this dealership. He was a great guy to talk to, very helpful, no pressure and very easy to talk to. Not your “typical car salesman” he treats you like a person and doesn’t pressure you at all. Thank you again Mike for making this all possible and saving face for Imperial. Highly recommend Mike. Jeff in finance was great and explained everything. Marc wrote up my deal and was flexible making the numbers look good for where I wanted to be. All around outstanding team work here. Now, I couldn’t be happier. More

I had told them via email how much I needed and the other offers that I received. Keep in mind that I purchased three cars from this dealership and was thinking that Imperial being the largest would give me the best trade in. I walk in to the dealership and not one of the two people I was told to ask for were there. Long story short they came in $3,000 less than my other lowest offer. I am more irate that I needed to go in to the dealership to be told that. The car is also in mint condition. My entire family has been purchasing cars there for a while and never again will they or I purchase a vehicle from them or any other Imperial location. More
