I am very satisfied with my decision to buy a new vehicle at Imperial Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram. By researching the internet I narrowed my selection to a couple of vehicles but I wasn’t sure which deale at Imperial Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram. By researching the internet I narrowed my selection to a couple of vehicles but I wasn’t sure which dealership to choose. The factors for choosing a dealership important to me are customer service, price and community service. The first sales person I dealt with at Imperial was Ed Kelly. Ed was able to answer all of my questions but he also provided the pros and cons of each vehicle I was considering. It was clear that Ed was trying to find me the best overall vehicle based on the criteria I told him. Ed’s no nonsense style and no pressure approach were most welcome. Ed gained my trust and I am very satisfied with the customer service he provided. Although I was satisfied with the customer service experience, I wasn’t sure Imperial could offer a competitive price. Once I decided which vehicle I wanted, I received internet quotes from larger dealerships that advertised very aggressive pricing. I figured I could still beat the internet price but as one salesman said, there’s room for further negotiation in the hundreds but not the thousands. I also used online websites to get a better understanding of how much the average vehicle I was interested in was selling for. When I went back to Imperial to make a purchase, Ed wasn’t available so I negotiated with Marc Mastroianni. Marc was not only able to match the lowest offer I received but beat it! Fair to say based on all of my research, the price I paid was competitive. The last factor for choosing a dealership was community service. Actually, community service is how I first heard about Imperial Cars (not just Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram but Ford and Chevrolet too). Kevin Meehan is the owner, and he does an extraordinary amount for the community. Imperial Cars is small in comparison to the large dealerships in the greater Boston area, but Kevin does more for the community than the big guys. If you are unfamiliar with Imperial Cars or Kevin Meehan, you owe yourself the opportunity to give them the chance to earn your business like they did mine. More
