Amazing Dealership Experience! I want to start this review off by stating that I absolutely hate going to dealerships; it is always a hassle and never a good experience. This said, I want to start this review off by stating that I absolutely hate going to dealerships; it is always a hassle and never a good experience. This said, I was pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable my experience was at Peak Kia. I originally called Peak Kia because I saw a car in their used car inventory that I wanted to take on a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership, the associate I spoke to on the phone was patiently waiting outside. Not only was he already prepared to show me the car I called about, but he also had a list of alternative options just in case I was not satisfied with my original choice. I am so glad he had these options prepared because I ended up not liking the car I called about and decided to purchase one of the alternative options the associate had chosen for me. The purchasing process was a breeze as both the associate's manager and financing agent were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend Peak Kia to anyone looking to buy a car in the near future. Their service and prices cannot be beat! More
