Fantastic and expedient service. Marc Seigel is a fantastic Service Writer. I did not purchase my Jeep from East Hills but based on the DealerRater reviews, I decided that this would Marc Seigel is a fantastic Service Writer. I did not purchase my Jeep from East Hills but based on the DealerRater reviews, I decided that this would be my home dealership for all of my services. My vehicle was exhibiting some issues in regards to the heated seats/steering wheel, as well as some audible noises when going over bumps. Marc politely greeted me on my arrival and made sure to keep me up to date with any progressions. Although East Hills is 25 miles away from my home, I will continue to service my vehicle at their location as their customer service and courteous staff are second to none! More

Oil change I came in for a routine oil change and was greeted by Marc Seigel. What a great experience. He let me know that my car was in need of a little more than your typical oil change but promised he would be quick and have me not wait too long. He was so polite, detailed and just a great energy to be around. Like he said, the work was done in a timely fashion and I was out of there in time to enjoy the rest of my day. Marc has something about him that I believe makes him a great asset at the dealership, he listens, converses, and just has a great vibe about him. Excellent sales and service Well, I always tell people about East Hills Jeep, at least for the past 10 years or so. Having purchased a Jeep from a dealer closer to my home , and Well, I always tell people about East Hills Jeep, at least for the past 10 years or so. Having purchased a Jeep from a dealer closer to my home , and having a horrid experience with the sale and service, when it was time for my next car, I went to another dealer, close to home...they were very dismissive and I walked out before purchasing a car. The next in proximity was East Hills and I guess what they say is true: 3rd time was the charm. I purchased that Jeep from Charlie, who was great. When it was time, I called Charlie to make an appt for my next Jeep. I was told he was no longer at the dealership but I could meet with Curtis Rose. The rest is history. Today, I just picked up my 4th Jeep from Curtis. He is honest, dependable, courteous and truly a wonderful guide thru the maze of car purchase. To me, purchasing a car was something I always dreaded. No longer the case. In addition, I always get my cars serviced at East Hills. Their service team is excellent and their late hours are convenient. So East Hills may not have been the closest Jeep dealer, but, in my experience has been the best all-around. Thank you, Curtis, you truly are the best! More
