I came in and was greeted by Marc Soloway. I came in with a real problem with my Starlink setup that had been unresolved by Subaru of America for over a month. Being completely out of patience I told Marc a real problem with my Starlink setup that had been unresolved by Subaru of America for over a month. Being completely out of patience I told Marc that I wanted to talk to the General Manager or the highest authority to place my complaint with the lack of follow through by Subaru for over a month. Marc asked if he could have the information on my problem and sat down with me to see if he could solve it. He proceeded to contact Starlink customer care and after showing great patience on the phone for an hour found out what the problem was and has initiated resolution.
