Marc the service advisor was very helpful and made it right for us. When we were told a part for our AC would take a month to get even though this is a known issue with the model I have, we were very dis right for us. Issue is still there. Pretty much have just decided this is a Honda issue that will just be an annoyance. My car had to be left there and not sure what happened when they worked on it but the inside was so dirty. I took a wet cloth at home and wiped it down. Would have been nice if you guys power washed cars when returning to customers as well. Other dealers we go to do that so pretty surprising you guys don’t at Honda. The guy that gave us keys back was also rude when we mentioned to him. I also almost drove off with only half a tank in the loaner when told to bring it back full. I turned around and had them fill it up. More
