AMAZING! My husband and I just bought our 2018 Honda Pilot from Marcia. She was so helpful because we recently got married and our old car broke out of no wher My husband and I just bought our 2018 Honda Pilot from Marcia. She was so helpful because we recently got married and our old car broke out of no where. She was so calm and helpful that it made my experience so stress free. Marcia was so precise when showing us our options and was there to serve us. She was referred to us by my parents. I think Marcia will be our forever go to when buying a car. The others at Allan Nott were also so great, all congratulating us on our new Pilot. We love our new Honda and loved working with Marcia!! More

best car buying experience ever What a great experience we just had at Allan Nott ! From the moment we walked in and met our salesperson, Marcia, to us driving our new shiny Pilot off the lot. They make buying a car so easy. Everyone is very thorough in their jobs. Marcia goes above and beyond in explaining, showing, answers your question even before you ask it. Matt, the finance guy, knows his stuff too. He is very efficient with all that dreaded paperwork and makes it so comfortable. And finally Robert, the guy that goes over all the car tech stuff with you. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. Great customer service all around. I look forward to my first oil change to meet more employees in the service department as well. More

What can they make worst. I purchased a new HRV ay the end of December of 2017. Took it in for first Maintance and oil change I was told and shown my cabin air filter was torn I purchased a new HRV ay the end of December of 2017. Took it in for first Maintance and oil change I was told and shown my cabin air filter was torn and needed replaced. The car had 5000 miles on it and I never removed it, how did it get torn. I know they wanted to charge me $50.00 to replace, remember the car had 5000 miles on it. Second time it was in for oil change they cleaned the car out and they scratched the instrument panel the car had 10000 miles. They said they would pay for repairs now their will not. Not happy with Allan Nott. The last honda I purchase from the Findley dealer had no problems. Every time I go to Allan Nott there seems to be a problem. Thursday they changed oil and I took a 400 mile trip keep hearing rattle. I look to find that hood had not been latch. This is not good service. Robert McPheron More
