Horrible customer service Do Not Patronize this dealer. We purchased from both Naperville and McGrath Lexus with amazing help so go there for your car. Buying from Montana sight unseen so were reliant on our salesperson for pictures and to answer questions. Never purchased a car this way before so we specifically looked to buy from a Lexus dealer. Over 25 years of owning only Lexus and dealing with Lexus dealerships our service has always been impeccable. Not here. The second our wire was sent they refused to speak to us. Wednesday and all day Thursday I called, texted, left messages and pleaded with someone to confirm the wire was received. I had transport scheduled for the next day and didn't know if the sale was final. My husband after calling every number he could find was able to confirm the money was received around 5 pm. I still didn't know if the car was ready for transport so my husband sent an email to the general manager Marcin with no reply. I left a voicemail for Igor the new car manager whom I was assured was in the office and sent an email to Al the general sales manager. We were completely ignored. What company manager ignores customers who are unhappy and just looking for help? It was a horrible, powerless feeling and all I wanted to do was cancel the sale and be done but they waited until the money was there to show how they really feel about their customers. No call, reply nothing. I had no idea if everything was ready until I got confirmation that the vehicle was picked up from the transportation company. We received the car today. No front floor mats and no owners manual. The car was supposed to be detailed but the inside is filthy. I asked my salesman Marcin if the car was clean, no dents or cosmetic issues and was assured the car was perfect. Not true. The rear bumper is going to have to be replaced where it was apparently hit by something. There are big holes and long cracks in the paint. I am going to try to contact them Monday but don't expect any assistance with this because they won't even take my calls. I have never been treated this way before and especially not through a Lexus Dealer. My husband was completely against purchasing this car because of all the trouble we had just getting pictures but we have always had such confidence in the Lexus brand and dealerships I assured him we had nothing to worry about. I was dead wrong and have completely lost my faith in a company that allows dealerships to treat people this way. Truthfully I am worried about what else they didn't disclose. More

OMG. WHere do I start this dealership should get closed down. Any good reviews they had there employees to write them. He is so Dam Lazy and a big liar. Each time you call finance dept no one nevers answer the phones. All mailbox full. I been waiting for my refund regarding me canceling my tire and wheel warranty. I signed papers back on May 14 now July 17 and still don't have my refund I contact Lexus Corp location. And now Chris responded to them and not the customer. Chris and all managers their should be fired. Please if you are praying people GOD will show please stay away from this car dealership. From sales rep. To service reps front door reception and finance dept Are all Liars. More

Marcin was very professional and answered our questions. I would only slight the dealership in that it took a long time to complete the sale.
