Took too long to get the car ready after signing the closing of vehicle. The car should of been washed and cleared when customer is in the office with the financing personnel so they do not have to wait closing of vehicle. George was fantastic ! ! and Marco was too - except he misread or whatever the vin code on my Kia was ( silver not red) and we had to redo documents. We are older and do ! and Marco was too - except he misread or whatever the vin code on my Kia was ( silver not red) and we had to redo documents. We are older and do have trouble with new technology on our phones and computers.....and my husband his did't with him but somehow we got through it all- thanks to George. And ,perhaps, your company could recognize a private bank Northern Trust --and we could have expedited our "buying" much easier.Or easier, you could have comfirmed that we did indeed have the monies to transact our buy our Kia. Again, a joy that George called me to come in and we would help with me with the bells and whistles -- and so true! - rain - yes! I was able to turn to the wind shield wiper and but Lord have mercy - couldn't figure out how to turn them off ... believe me with all the "bells and whistles" , I will call him which I am most grateful. But please recognize that there are other banks and if you are suspicious you can contact then and let us get on our buying in a more comfortable way. I am sure there are others who have private banking - Northern Trust has been in business for many years!!!! All it took was a phone call!! Jane Morrison More
