Brand new car failed 2 days after purchase, 4 hours response time for kia road assistance, no one from kia and who sold the car helped. Car is being on shop for 2 days with no notice. If you looking for a new car they do everything for sell but if you looking for help run away. I went to the dealer for Gap cancellation and no one there help me with that of course is no money in so they d but if you looking for help run away. I went to the dealer for Gap cancellation and no one there help me with that of course is no money in so they don’t care and the person on charge name is Sulma she never going to work and most of pro people there don’t know her schedule. I am very dissatisfied with the service in the dealer because some months ago I wrote a good review for this dealership. The general manager was rude with me when I ask for help. More
