Not surprisingly I never heard back from “Derek” at Hyundai when I posted the bad review. I made a device appointment and they kept my car for two days and still couldn’t figure out the issue because t Hyundai when I posted the bad review. I made a device appointment and they kept my car for two days and still couldn’t figure out the issue because they couldn’t recreate the 12v dying. After 2 weeks, the 12v again died, so I had my car towed to Hyundai yesterday and they can’t even diagnose it until later this week because they’re busy and I didn’t have a service appointment 🤦🏻‍♀️ wretched place. Stay away from them!!!!! More
