The service was fine, would not recommend the body shop Overall I am satisfied with the service. I feel communication could be better. While I had my car in for service I requested an estimate for the damage to my bumper. It took a long time to get the estimate. I received the estimate when I arrived to pick up my car. I had already received an estimate from Seidners. The estimate I received from Pacific BMW was over 110% higher than the estimate I previously received. I certainly would not recommend anyone get body work performed at Pacific BMW based on the disproportionate estimate I received. More

Marco was great but not so happy with the loaner I had a great experience with my service rep. Marco was fast, efficient and friendly and service was done in a timely manner so I do recommend this pl I had a great experience with my service rep. Marco was fast, efficient and friendly and service was done in a timely manner so I do recommend this place for your service. I didn't have a good experience with the loaner vehicle. I dropped off my car at the service center with Marco who took care of my fast and easy. I waited about 15 minutes for my loaner to be ready and after they got all the signatures from me the gave me the key. That is when the disappointment kicked in. I looked at the paperwork which indicated the fuel level to be half full but the car was actually quarter full. I also looked at the milage reading which was written two miles less than what it was in the car so I took a picture for my record. I spend over $80,000 to purchase my car and this kind of cheap behavior does not feel right specially from a luxury car dealership. How much a quarter of a gallon gas really cost even in the most expensive gas station. It is not that hard to read the gas gouge or the milage so I can't say that they made a mistake. Any way I just wanted to let you know how I felt about the whole situation but this has no reflection on Marco who was truly great. More

Great customer service Marco was a real awesome service advisor! He makes sure my car was properly serviced and repaired. He also try to make my requests happen! Soo disappointed All I can say is that Marco was great and my negative review has nothing to do with him. The teck was my problem. He made a mess of the passenger side All I can say is that Marco was great and my negative review has nothing to do with him. The teck was my problem. He made a mess of the passenger side. Around the seat there were multiple black fingerprints and there was multiple lines through the glove compartment cover. Complete negligence on his part. Complete... I already called and informed Marco and now waiting to see what will happen. It took me almost 2 hours to clean my mint condition collectible car! I was extremely upset and was extremely dissapointed and now not sure wats gonna happen with the glove door coz it’s looks terrible wilts multiple lines of as much as 2 inches smashed on it! More

I also noticed a huge improvement in the efficiency of check in/out: the wait for the loaner and then for my car was so short I didn't even have time to settle in the waiting room.
