The worst Dealership in Southern California Do ever trust Pacific BMW dealership services and sales people. They promise you the moon and the stares to get you to buy the car then deliver none. Do ever trust Pacific BMW dealership services and sales people. They promise you the moon and the stares to get you to buy the car then deliver none. I waited for them to repair damaged front windshield glass was on the car when I bought the car. It took them a over month and half to set an appointment to bring it in. After a week in repair, I picked up the car to find they only batch the windshield class and never said a word about. I drove the car of the site Now I am taking this case to court to get them to deliver on their promise. More

Marco Fausto has been my service advisor for nearly eight years. I can count on Marco to listen to my concerns if any, and make sure my car is maintained to my full satisfaction. I appreciated the complimentary Uber rides or loaner cars provided until my car is ready for pickup. All staff members at Pacific have been extremely courteous during my visits. After he took me to the office, no eye contact or nothing . Just sly the paper to me (didn’t say nothing.) I assume it need signature so I asked where to sign and still not a word just point the finger at the bottom, even that he didn’t point right at that he just point the finger. When finally he speak to me asked me if I need Uber and I said no and he was stared at me and hand me the paper without saying anything. Then I realize we are done so I came out of his office. Very unpleasant I didn’t understand why because last two oily change experience with service representatives was great (even though 2nd trip was just ok compared to the first time) Everyone in pacific Bmw are very friendly and helpful More

Bad service, worst place ever been Took the car for light programming and they lie About fixing it and charge me 200.00 for doing nothing to the car and left my car worst and on top the Took the car for light programming and they lie About fixing it and charge me 200.00 for doing nothing to the car and left my car worst and on top they broke my car key without telling me, left it without parts when the lights were pull, they also put old parts in my car and they kept the originals from my bmw. It took me more than 4-5 times to be able to talk to the manager (EDGAR) In which he is does not have the aptitude to be a manager. The manger from the tech was supposed to follow up on my missing parts never call me, I’m never taking my car here ever again, bad service, bad people, and most of all untrustworthy place!!! More

Okay but not great During my first appointment I had to wait over 15 minutes to be seen although i had an appointment. He was nice and accommodating And pretty much jus During my first appointment I had to wait over 15 minutes to be seen although i had an appointment. He was nice and accommodating And pretty much just got the job done. During my second visit I had to get a rental and none of the employees or services people who saw me carrying a large car seat and stroller offered to help me to the loaner vehicle . There were several men standing around. Not one employee assisted me. I have been to other service centers where the customer service and common decency amongst the employees were greater. I did have 1 positive experiences when I returned the loaner and had to unload the large car seat from the vehicle again, one Armenian gentleman saw me trying to get into the car and gave me hand. More
